Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated and laid foundation stones for development projects worth ₹113.64 crore in Gurugram during the Viksit Gurugram Maharally held at Company Bagh on 30 December 2025.
The projects, aimed at strengthening civic infrastructure, cover roads, drainage, parking, healthcare, and community facilities. Key inaugurations included a ₹55.20 crore multi-level car parking facility at Sadar Bazaar and a ₹17.76 crore community centre in Sector 14. In addition, foundation stones were laid for projects worth ₹40.68 crore, including the construction of a model road, stormwater drainage systems, and sewerage pipelines across multiple sectors.
Emphasising Gurugram’s role in Haryana’s economic growth, the Chief Minister highlighted the state government’s focus on urban infrastructure development through coordinated efforts with the Central government. He stated that development works are being implemented in collaboration between the Centre and the state.
Other announcements made during the event included the development of a sports hostel at Nehru Stadium and the construction of over 100 km of smart roads across the city.
