Juniper Green: Wardha's 103 MWp Solar Done!

Juniper Green Energy has successfully commissioned the remaining 43 MWp of solar capacity at its hybrid power project site in Wardha, Maharashtra, completing the entire 103 MWp solar component of the 129 MWp project.

The solar power is being supplied to the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (MSEDCL) via Juniper's subsidiary, Juniper Green Power Five. The solar capacity was rolled out in two phases: 59.55 MWp was commissioned on June 6, 2025, followed by 43 MWp on July 14, 2025. The full solar deployment was achieved in just eight months from the signing of the power purchase agreement (PPA).

Notably, the project has been commissioned nearly 16 months ahead of its scheduled completion date of November 17, 2026—marking a significant milestone in accelerated project execution.

Juniper Green Energy is an independent renewable energy producer in India, focused on the development, construction, and operation of utility-scale solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects.
