₹149 Cr Bengaluru Campus Transformation Tender Open.

The Karnataka Reddy Jana Sangha has floated a tender for the construction of multiple facilities at its Kasavanahalli campus in Bengaluru.

The scope of work includes the development of a new medical college, hostel buildings for boys and girls, an electrical building, and the installation of both a sewage treatment plant (STP) and an effluent treatment plant (ETP). The tender also covers the construction of a connecting bridge linking the new structures with the existing 24x7 hospital building. The project carries an estimated cost of ₹149 crore.

Aimed at expanding the region’s healthcare and educational infrastructure, the initiative will significantly enhance the campus’s capacity to serve both students and patients.

Interested contractors and firms can submit their bids by 4 November 2025.
