Meghna Infracon Infrastructure has entered into a development agreement with Jose Ville to undertake the redevelopment of a residential project in Santacruz West, one of Mumbai’s prime suburban localities.
The proposed project will cover approximately 28,000 sq. ft. of construction area and is projected to generate revenue of ₹37 crore. Scheduled for launch in calendar year 2025, the redevelopment aligns with Meghna Infracon’s commitment to creating modern, high-quality living spaces tailored to contemporary urban lifestyles.
This agreement forms part of Meghna Infracon’s broader strategy to expand its presence in key urban zones by transforming aging housing structures into premium residential developments.
