IHCL Expands in Pink City with New Vivanta Hotel

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new greenfield hotel project under its Vivanta brand in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The 160-key hotel will be developed in partnership with Dinesh Choudhary, Vivek Choudhary, and Rajat Choudhary.

This development supports IHCL’s growth strategy to expand its footprint in high-potential micro-markets, including major metros and state capitals.

Jaipur, known for its rich heritage and increasingly recognized as a regional commercial hub, has seen rising demand from the business and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sectors, complementing its established leisure tourism.

The new hotel marks a significant step in strengthening IHCL’s presence in Rajasthan and aims to provide premium hospitality services catering to both domestic and international travellers in the rapidly growing Pink City.
