KSB Wins Big: L&T Taps KSB for Supercritical Power Pumps

KSB Limited has secured a major order from Larsen & Toubro (L&T) for the supply of boiler feed pump packages for NTPC’s upcoming supercritical thermal power projects—Gadarwara STPP Stage-II (2x800 MW) and Nabinagar STPP Stage-II (3x800 MW).

The contract includes the supply of 15 complete sets comprising main boiler feed pumps, booster pumps, motors, and associated accessories. This order represents a significant milestone for KSB, further strengthening its position in India’s conventional power generation sector.

The equipment will be delivered within 20 to 28 months from the date of contract award, with staggered payments tied to specific milestone achievements, as outlined in the agreement.

These advanced pump systems are designed for critical applications in high-efficiency supercritical thermal power plants, marking an important step in KSB’s efforts to expand its footprint in the power infrastructure segment.
