Bengaluru-based co-working firm Urban Vault has announced a ₹100 crore investment plan for FY26 to expand its national presence, targeting key commercial markets in Noida, Pune, and Bengaluru.
As part of this strategy, the company has launched two premium centres totaling 35,000 sq. ft. at Paras Twin Tower, Golf Course Road, Sector-54, Gurugram. It is also evaluating high-growth micro-markets such as Sector-44, Udyog Vihar, and Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, alongside plans to establish a presence along the Noida Expressway.
Founded in 2018, Urban Vault currently manages a portfolio exceeding 2.5 million sq. ft., with 40,000 seats across cities including Bengaluru, Pune, and Gurugram. To support its continued growth, the company recently leased 50,000 sq. ft. in Bengaluru’s Central Business District, addressing increasing demand for flexible workspaces.
