Signature Global Eyes ₹6,000 Crore Gurugram Launch Bonanza

Signature Global plans to launch residential projects worth ₹6,000 crore in Gurugram during the July–September quarter, driven by robust demand from both end-users and investors, according to Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal.

Ranked as the fifth-largest listed real estate company in India in FY 2024–25—after Godrej Properties, DLF, Lodha Group, and Prestige Estates—Signature Global achieved record pre-sales of ₹10,290 crore last fiscal year. In June, the company launched a new project in Gurugram with a revenue potential of ₹3,500 crore.

“We are planning to launch 3.5 to 4 million square feet this quarter, with an estimated sales potential of ₹6,000 crore,” Aggarwal stated, highlighting that the strongest demand lies in the ₹2–4 crore housing segment.

During Q1 FY26, the company sold 778 homes, compared to 968 units in the same quarter last year. However, average sales realisation rose significantly to ₹16,296 per sq ft, up from ₹12,457, reflecting strong pricing power and demand in the premium housing segment.
