₹7,200 Cr. Vision: M3M Launches 'Gurgaon International City'

M3M India has unveiled plans to invest ₹7,200 crore in developing ‘Gurgaon International City’ (GIC), a 150-acre integrated township in Gurugram.

Designed to attract global technology leaders such as Google, Apple, and Tesla, the township will encompass data centres, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail zones, and premium residential spaces. Strategically located along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, the first phase of development will cover 50 acres and include 300 RERA-approved plots.

Envisioned as a low-emission, clean industry hub, GIC will focus on non-polluting, technology-driven enterprises, supporting sustainable urban growth and innovation-led economic development.

The project is expected to generate a topline of ₹12,000 crore upon completion. With a robust portfolio of 62 projects, including landmark developments like the ‘Trump Tower’ in Gurugram, M3M India continues to strengthen its position as a leading player in India’s real estate and infrastructure landscape.
