Renaatus Gears Up Green: ₹250 Cr for New AP Fibre Cement Facility

Renaatus Procon, a subsidiary of the Renaatus Group, has announced an investment of ₹250 crore for the first phase of a new fibre cement board manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh. The announcement was made by RP Selva Sundaram, Chairman and Managing Director, during a press interaction in Coimbatore.

The plant, scheduled for commissioning in 2026, will have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tonnes. It will cater to the construction sector across southern India and export markets, supporting the Group’s strategic push into sustainable building materials.

In parallel, Renaatus plans to invest approximately ₹300 crore over the next two to three years to expand production of its Renacon autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks.

The Group is targeting annual revenue of ₹3,000–₹4,000 crore by 2030, with ₹1,300 crore expected from Renacon products. These investments are part of Renaatus' broader strategy to strengthen its footprint in the green construction materials sector.
