Lodha Pantheon: Gurugram’s New ₹1,200 Cr Commercial Landmark

Lodha Developers has officially marked its entry into the Delhi-NCR real estate market with the launch of Lodha Pantheon, an iconic Grade A++ commercial office complex located on Golf Course Road, Gurugram. Spanning across 1.2 acres with 4 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area, the project represents an investment of approximately ₹1,100–1,200 crore and offers premium ownership workspace to businesses.

According to Sushil Modi, Executive Director - Finance, the project has garnered strong initial customer interest. Additionally, the developer plans to launch a residential project on Sohna Road, Gurugram, during the current financial year. Both developments will serve as strategic pilot projects to evaluate market dynamics ahead of further expansion in the Delhi-NCR region.
