Suba Hotels Signings: 2 New Choice Hotels Coming in Q4!

Suba Hotels has officially signed two new properties under its Choice Hotels portfolio, slated to launch in Q4 of the current financial year. The expansion includes a 46-room Comfort Inn business hotel in Mumbai’s premier commercial hub, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC)—marking the group’s sixth hotel in the city. Additionally, the company is introducing a 48-room Clarion hotel in Bekal, Kerala. Developed in partnership with Bekal Sea View Resort, this premium sea-facing resort will cater to both business and leisure travelers with upscale amenities, including a swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium. Management highlighted that these strategic signings align with Suba Hotels' broader growth trajectory following its successful Initial Public Offering (IPO).
