Kinetic Green & Tonino Lamborghini: Driving Luxury Electric Mobility

Pune-based Kinetic Green Energy has entered into a joint venture with Italian luxury brand Tonino Lamborghini to manufacture electric golf and lifestyle carts for both domestic and international markets.

Unveiled at a recent launch event, the carts will be produced at Kinetic Green’s manufacturing facility in Pune. The product line includes two distinct series: the Genesis Range, inspired by Lamborghini’s design heritage, and the Prestige Range, featuring ultra-premium, futuristic aesthetics.

The joint venture, titled Kinetic Green Tonino Lamborghini (KGTL), will see a total investment of USD 20 million (approximately ₹167 crore) over the coming years. Kinetic Green will hold a 70% stake, while Tonino Lamborghini will retain 30% ownership.

“This collaboration marks Kinetic Green’s entry into the bespoke four-wheeler mobility space, merging Indian manufacturing strength with Italian design excellence,” said Dr. Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green. She added that the partnership is a significant milestone in the company’s vision to build a USD 1 billion electric vehicle business by 2030.
