The Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) has floated a tender for the development of a 220/66/11 kV sub-station at the Adinarayana Hosahalli Phase-II Industrial Area in Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural district.
The project involves establishing 2×150 MVA and 2×31.5 MVA sub-stations to bolster power distribution capacity and meet the region’s rising electricity demand. Valued at ₹301.75 crore, the initiative is part of KIADB’s broader efforts to strengthen infrastructure in industrial zones and support regional economic growth. Once operational, the sub-station is expected to enhance power reliability and efficiency for industries and commercial establishments in the area.
Bids may be submitted until 05 December 2025.
