TVS ILP's ₹250 Cr Infrastructure Bet on Andhra Pradesh

TVS Infrastructure Trust has inaugurated the expanded phase of its flagship Tarkeshwar Industrial & Logistics Park in Gurrampalem, Visakhapatnam, marking an investment of ₹250 crore.

Strategically situated along the Anakapalle-Anandapuram Expressway (NH-16), the facility offers direct access to Visakhapatnam Port, significantly enhancing regional connectivity. The expansion, aimed at addressing the growing demand for Grade A logistics spaces, is expected to generate over 1,000 employment opportunities. The project, managed by TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks (TVS ILP), was developed on land allocated by the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC). Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu officially inaugurated the expanded phase.

Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, emphasized the region’s strategic location and robust industrial ecosystem as key drivers for infrastructure investment. The park is designed to support a variety of sectors, including automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
