Gera Developments has announced an investment of approximately ₹1,100 crore to launch a new wellness-centric residential project in Pune as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
According to Managing Director Rohit Gera, the eight-acre development will comprise around 1,000 apartments across two phases, with the first phase offering about 500 units starting at ₹1.25 crore. Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has been appointed as the brand ambassador for Gera’s Wellness-Centric Homes. The project is designed to integrate holistic living, providing residents with access to yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics, nutrition counselling, personal fitness coaching, and community wellness programs through collaborations with specialist partners. Gera noted that the land cost has already been fully settled, and construction will be financed through internal accruals.
The company also plans to roll out six additional wellness-focused residential projects in the near future. With a presence across Pune, Goa, and Bengaluru, Gera Developments currently has five projects under construction, four of which are residential. The wellness-centric model aims to redefine modern housing by creating living environments that actively support healthier lifestyles.
