County Group Snaps Up 5 Acres in Noida for ₹475 Cr.

County Group has acquired a five-acre land parcel in Noida’s Sector 151 for ₹475 crore through a state government auction.

The company plans to develop a premium residential project featuring 226 units across 11 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area. With over 40 lakh sq. ft. delivered in 2024 alone, the Group continues to strengthen its presence in the Delhi-NCR market. Rising land prices in Noida, driven by major infrastructure developments such as the upcoming international airport, have further enhanced the region’s real estate potential.

“County Group remains committed to building high-quality, sustainable luxury homes,” a company spokesperson said. The developer is also progressing with two key projects—Ivory County and Jade County—scheduled for launch in 2025.
