Brigade's New ₹1,200 Crore Project Elevates South Bengaluru Living

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a new residential project in Banashankari 5th Stage, South Bengaluru, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,200 crore.

Spread across 7.5 acres, the project aims to offer thoughtfully designed homes that integrate the area’s rich heritage with excellent connectivity and infrastructure, catering to the demand for quality urban living in one of Bengaluru’s well-established localities.

Commenting on the development, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Group, reiterated the company’s focus on creating spaces that contribute to the city’s growth while enhancing the urban living experience.

This project further strengthens Brigade’s residential portfolio, which already includes:

A ₹2,700 crore township project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road

A ₹175 crore plotted development in East Bengaluru

Brigade currently has a robust pipeline of ~12.61 million sq. ft. of upcoming residential projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, as it continues to expand its presence across premium and affordable housing segments in South India’s key urban markets.
