BPTP Launches GAIA Residences: Gurugram's Glass Icon

BPTP, one of North India’s premier real estate developers, has announced the launch of GAIA Residences at Amstoria 102, a landmark vertical living project in Sector 102, Gurugram in Haryana, located within its expansive Rs 150-acre ecosystem along the Dwarka Expressway.

Spread across 12.05 acres, GAIA Residences represents the second phase of the development, following the successful Amstoria Verti-Greens. GAIA Residences will feature three striking glass-clad towers, setting a benchmark as the first residential project with a full glass façade on the Dwarka Expressway. The development comprises 531 well-planned three BHK units, tailored for modern families.

Sales for one tower are temporarily on hold until the shifting of an underground HT line, reflecting BPTP's emphasis on regulatory compliance and resident safety. Key highlights include sky gardens on every tower, offering amenities such as a Yoga Deck at 400 feet, Library Lounge at 300 feet., and Co-working Lounge at 200 ft. The project also offers 1.75 lakh sq. ft. of amenities, including private theatres, a sports bar, bowling alley, arcade, and indoor sports zones.
