BPTP Drops ₹3,000 Crore on New Gurugram Luxury Project

Real estate developer BPTP Group has announced an investment of ₹3,000 crore to develop a premium residential project in Gurugram, reinforcing its ongoing expansion in the region.

The project spans 12.05 acres in Sector 102 along the Dwarka Expressway and will feature approximately 1,600 high-end apartments. Planned over three phases, the development is expected to be completed within 5–6 years.

The first phase, Amstoria Verti Greens, was launched earlier this year and includes 885 homes. Building on this momentum, BPTP recently introduced the second phase, GAIA Residences, comprising 531 apartments with prices starting at ₹3.85 crore.

With a track record of delivering over 25,000 homes, BPTP continues to maintain a strong footprint in the Delhi-NCR region, particularly in Faridabad and Gurugram. This new development adds to the growing demand for premium housing along the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway corridor.
