Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Plants its Flag in Bihar

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has launched its first property in Bihar, the Zone Connect by The Park Patna.

Positioned as a city resort, the hotel is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering modern accommodations and amenities. Located approximately 17 km from Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport and the upcoming Bihta airport, the property provides easy access for guests. This launch represents a key milestone in the company’s expansion and its commitment to enhancing hospitality offerings in the region.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels aims to double its portfolio to over 5,000 keys by 2028, reflecting its ambition to strengthen its presence across India. Pramod Kumar, Director of Ramanujam Resorts—which has partnered with Apeejay Surrendra for the hotel’s development and operation—stated, “We look forward to deepening this association and exploring opportunities to expand together in other cities across the region.”
