Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL) has reported robust order inflows of ₹6,929 crore for the first nine months of FY26. Building on this strong momentum, the company has revised its full-year order inflow guidance for FY26 to exceed ₹11,000 crore.
The company posted impressive Q3 FY26 results, recording a revenue of ₹5,602 crore in the first nine months—a 48% year-on-year increase from ₹3,783 crore in the same period last year. This growth has been supported by an improved credit rating and new credit lines, which have strengthened customer confidence and operational performance.
During Q3 FY26, SWREL signed a landmark 5-year framework agreement with Adani Green, expanding its strategic partnerships in the renewable energy sector. The company also secured its second South African order valued at USD 147 million and added two new renewable energy projects in India, including a BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) order from a major independent power producer (IPP).
Commenting on the results, C. K. Thakur, Global CEO of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Group, said, “The marquee order from Adani Green and the signing of a strategic 5-year framework agreement is a significant milestone, reflecting the strong confidence globally renowned renewable energy developers have in our execution capabilities.”
