Powering India's Solar Future: Redington & Eastman Join Forces

Technology solutions provider Redington has partnered with Eastman Auto & Power to distribute solar inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems (ESS) across India. The collaboration aims to strengthen Redington’s solar portfolio and support the growing demand for Made-in-India solar components.

The partnership will focus on both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, including those under the government’s PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, which requires the use of domestically manufactured components to qualify for subsidies.

“Redington has been in the solar product distribution space for nearly a decade, enabling over 3 GW of rooftop and ground-mounted installations by supplying high-quality components to more than 5,000 solar system integrators,” said Pradeep Srikanthan, Business Head of Redington Solar.

Eastman Auto & Power manufactures a wide range of solar modules, inverters, batteries, and ESS. The partnership reflects both companies’ commitment to accelerating the adoption of clean energy and making solar solutions more accessible and affordable across the country.
