Ahluwalia Contracts Bags ₹2,089 Crore DLF Luxury Project!

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. has been awarded a major contract by DLF for civil, structural, and rough finishing works for “The Dahlias,” a premium residential development located at DLF5, Gurugram.

Valued at ₹2,089 crore (excluding GST), this is one of the company’s largest residential project orders in recent years. The scope includes comprehensive civil and structural construction along with associated rough finishing work, reflecting the scale and complexity of the high-end development.

The project is slated for completion over a 44-month period and forms part of DLF’s ongoing luxury housing initiatives in DLF5—one of the most prestigious real estate hubs in the National Capital Region (NCR).

This order further strengthens Ahluwalia Contracts’ position as a leading player in India’s real estate construction sector, adding to its growing portfolio of high-value residential projects.
