TVS Emerald Buys Prime Bengaluru Land for ₹700 Cr. Project

TVS Emerald, the real estate arm of the TVS Group, has acquired a 7.18-acre land parcel near Rayasandra Lake in southeast Bengaluru for the development of a premium residential project. The company anticipates generating over ₹700 crore in revenue from the project.

“This site offers a prime opportunity to create a high-end residential community, thanks to its strategic location and excellent connectivity,” said Sriram Iyer, Director and CEO of TVS Emerald. He noted that the acquisition aligns with the company’s broader strategy to expand its presence in Bengaluru, one of India’s fastest-growing real estate markets.

This marks TVS Emerald’s seventh major land acquisition in the city. The site’s proximity to Bengaluru’s IT corridor and ongoing infrastructure growth were cited as key drivers behind the investment, with strong demand expected for quality housing in the area.
