Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC) has issued a tender for a major residential infrastructure project at the Nirmal Park Railway Colony in Byculla, Mumbai.
The scope of work includes the construction of 48 multi-storey residential buildings, each comprising Ground + 28 floors (G+28), along with associated infrastructure and amenities. The project is being developed as a green building initiative, reflecting MRVC's focus on sustainable urban development and enhanced living standards for railway employees.
The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 84.72 crore, with a completion timeline of 30 months from the date of contract award. The construction will adhere to modern green building norms, incorporating environmentally sustainable practices.
The deadline for bid submission is 12 June 2025.
