Security Giant Holoflex Eyes Delhi & Gujarat for ₹30Cr Expansion

Holoflex Ltd, a provider of anti-counterfeiting and security solutions, plans to invest around ₹30 crore over the next two years to set up a second manufacturing facility as demand for integrated physical and digital brand protection solutions continues to rise.

The company currently operates a manufacturing unit in Panchla, Howrah (West Bengal), along with value-added operations in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. As part of its expansion strategy, Holoflex is evaluating potential locations in Delhi and Gujarat for the proposed greenfield facility, which is expected to enhance production capacity and improve proximity to key customers.

The expansion is driven by increasing demand for advanced anti-counterfeiting technologies, particularly as such solutions become more closely integrated with product labels and packaging. The new facility is intended to strengthen operational efficiency, support faster client servicing, and meet growing requirements for brand protection across industries.
