Prestige Doubles Down: Nitco Secures ₹261 Cr. Tile Bonanza!

Nitco Ltd. has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Prestige Estates Projects for an additional tile supply order valued at approximately ₹45 crore. With this latest development, the total order value from Prestige Estates now stands at around ₹261 crore, all slated for execution over the next 12 months.

The company noted that the order reflects strong confidence from leading real estate developers in Nitco’s product quality, reliability, and execution capabilities. This extended engagement with Prestige Estates highlights the growing demand in the premium construction and interior solutions segment, particularly for tiles and surface materials.

Nitco emphasized that the continued inflow of large-scale domestic orders aligns with its strategic focus on deepening B2B partnerships and expanding its presence in high-value real estate projects across India.
