MIIL Unlocks Luxury: ₹80 Crore Dadar/Prabhadevi Project Launched

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd. (MIIL) has signed a development agreement for the redevelopment of a premium residential project spanning approximately 31,000 sq. ft. in the sought-after Dadar/Prabhadevi area of Mumbai. The project, estimated to generate ₹80 crore in revenue, marks MIIL’s strategic foray into the South Mumbai micro-market.

Slated for launch in 2025, the development will feature luxury sea-facing and city-facing residences, offering high-end living in close proximity to Shivaji Park, Prabhadevi Station, and within a two-kilometre radius of key educational, healthcare, retail, and corporate hubs.

Vikram Jayantilal Lodha, Managing Director of MIIL, stated:
