HCLTech Doubles Down on Kerala: New AI & Cloud Hub Opens in Trivandrum

Seven months after launching its first delivery centre in Kerala at Infopark Kochi, HCLTech has inaugurated a second facility at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. This new centre will focus on cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and cloud computing.

The Kochi unit, which began operations in October 2024, specializes in Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) solutions, serving industries such as healthcare, automotive, and semiconductors.

Kerala Industries Minister P. Rajeeve welcomed the development, citing it as a sign of HCLTech’s growing confidence in the state’s skilled workforce and robust infrastructure.

This expansion reinforces Kerala’s position in India’s technology landscape and is expected to drive further investment and job creation. The inauguration was attended by senior executives from HCLTech and Allianz Technology, along with Special Secretary Seeram Sambasiva Rao.
