₹232 Crore Gorakhpur Divisional Office Project Opens for Bids

Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA) has invited bids for the construction of an integrated divisional office complex at Nalkup Parisar, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The project includes the construction of:

A main office building (Basement + G + 5 floors)

A court building (G + 4 floors)

Advocate chambers, staff quarters, a bank, and a dormitory

The scope of work also covers the development of infrastructure such as an electrical substation, pump room, boundary wall, internal water supply and sanitation, drainage systems, underground sumps, borewells, rainwater harvesting, stormwater drains, internal electrical works, and landscaping.

The estimated project cost is ₹232.31 crore, with a completion timeline of 33 months from the issuance of the Letter of Award (including the rainy season).

Bid submission deadline: 24 June 2025.
