Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL) has invited bids for the upgradation of the existing 20 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) along with associated works in the Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR).
The EPC contract, estimated at ₹76.61 crore, aims to improve the plant’s treatment capacity and operational efficiency. The scope of the project includes the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the upgraded CETP. This will involve civil works as well as the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, accessories, and instrumentation.
The selected contractor will also be responsible for preparing detailed designs and engineering documents, including electrical load sheets and structural components required for the project.
The project is scheduled to be completed within nine months, followed by a two-month trial run period to ensure proper functioning of the upgraded facility.
The deadline for submission of bids is March 17, 2026.
