Samko + SRAM & MRAM: Powering the Nikola Tesla Smart City

Samko Renewable Energy and SRAM & MRAM Projects have entered into a joint venture agreement to establish Samko SRAM & MRAM BESS.

The collaboration is poised to lead the rollout of the Nikola Tesla Smart City Project, a multibillion-dollar initiative to develop gigafactory-scale townships in Tamil Nadu, India, and the United Kingdom. These futuristic townships will incorporate renewable energy systems, advanced automation, and circular economy–driven production models. Each development is planned to span at least 100 acres, with completion targeted within an 18-month timeframe.

Dr. Sailesh L. Hiranandani, Chairman of the SRAM & MRAM Group, remarked, “We are excited to collaborate with Samko Group and TESLA Group a.s. on this transformative initiative. Our combined expertise in technology, healthcare, and global operations will accelerate innovation in renewable energy and biotechnology—creating jobs, advancing technology, and delivering meaningful economic value across nations.”
