Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated the newly constructed Tohana bus stand on 13 December 2025, built at a cost of ₹10.42 crore.
The event, held in Fatehabad, also saw the launch of several other key projects, including a multi-complex in Jakhal Mandi valued at ₹7.05 crore and a 33 KV sub-station in Meyond village costing ₹5.68 crore. In addition, CM Saini laid the foundation stones for five new development initiatives in the district, with a combined investment of ₹5.26 crore. These include the construction of a road in Musa Khera, a connecting road from Kalia Road to Jammu Dhani in Sadhanwas, and the development of new classrooms and facilities at the Government Senior Secondary School in Chandpura.
Addressing the gathering, CM Saini highlighted that the inauguration represented more than just the opening of a facility—it stands as a tribute to the nation’s collective memory and sacrifices. He also announced a grant of ₹31 lakh for the Panchnad Sewa Trust.
