LCC Projects, a Gujarat-based company, has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for Package-I of the Parwan-Akawad Water Supply Project in Rajasthan, as declared by the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED). The project spans the Jhalawar and Kota districts.
The scope of work includes:
Construction of two 15-meter diameter RCC intake wells with approach bridges on both banks of the river, Laying of the transmission main, Development of a Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Installation of SCADA systems, Road crossings
Installation of intake pumping machinery, WTP pump house, and Intermediate Pumping Station (IPS)
Responsibilities also cover obtaining forest clearance, power line approval from VVNL, and land acquisition
LCC Projects submitted a financial bid of ₹236.01 crore, opened on 24 June 2025. The project is to be completed in 20 months, followed by a one-year defect liability period and a 10-year operation and maintenance phase.
