Marathon Nextgen Realty is acquiring Adani Group's 60% equity stake in Swayam Realtors and Traders (SRTL) for up to ₹135 crore in cash and a ₹200 crore bank guarantee. This acquisition consolidates Marathon’s ownership from 40% to 100%, granting complete control over the ~25 lakh sq. ft. Monte South mixed-use project in Byculla, Mumbai (comprising four 64-storey residential towers and one commercial tower). Construction and regulatory processes remain ongoing.
