Bid Now: TNPL Invites Tenders for Key Factory Approvals

Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd (TNPL) has invited bids for securing statutory approvals from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) for factory buildings under the RSPS-2 project at its Unit I facility in Kagithapuram, Tamil Nadu.

TNPL’s Kagithapuram unit is a key integrated pulp and paper manufacturing facility contributing significantly to the state’s industrial ecosystem. The scope of the tender includes:

Preparation and submission of required documents, Coordination with DTCP authorities, Obtaining all necessary statutory clearances for the proposed factory structures

These approvals are essential to advance the RSPS-2 expansion and modernization project, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating timely commencement of construction.

The deadline for bid submission is August 11, 2025. The initiative reflects TNPL’s continued focus on infrastructure enhancement and operational growth, aligned with environmental and statutory standards.
