Suites Bloom in Greater Noida: Lemon Tree Expands

Lemon Tree Hotels is expanding its footprint in Uttar Pradesh with the announcement of a Hotel Operation Agreement (HoA) for a new all-suite property in Greater Noida. The hotel will be operated under the “Lemon Tree Suites” brand by Carnation Hotels, the group's management arm. The property is currently under development and will move forward following the execution of a formal license agreement.

The upcoming hotel will feature 336 well-appointed suites, complemented by a range of premium amenities including:

Restaurants and a bar, Banquet facilities,, Swimming pool, Spa and fitness centre, Other key public and recreational areas

Strategically located in Greater Noida, the property offers strong regional connectivity—just 39 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, and 13 km from Ghaziabad Railway Station—with easy access via both public and private transportation.

This project will enhance Lemon Tree’s presence in the state, adding to its seven operational and ten upcoming hotels in Uttar Pradesh, and marks a significant milestone in the company’s pan-India growth strategy.
