Ventive Sets Sights on 4,000 Keys with New Luxury Hotel Deals

Ventive Hospitality, a listed joint venture of Panchshil Realty and Blackstone, is actively pursuing the acquisition of two to three major luxury hotels across India. With a current portfolio of 14 operating assets (~2,200 keys)—including leading properties like the Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and DoubleTree by Hilton in Pune—Ventive aims to double its scale to over 4,000 keys.

Following its 2026 agreement to acquire 100% of Kelzai Eco Reserves at an enterprise value of ₹466 crore (equity value of ₹281.88 crore), Ventive is also advancing plans for India’s inaugural Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the Sahyadri hills.
