Riveria Infrastructures Bags ₹129.25 Cr GIFT City Residential Project

Riveria Infrastructures (RIPL), an Ahmedabad-based construction firm, has secured a ₹129.25 crore contract from Nila Urban Living, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NILA Spaces, for the construction of a premium residential project at GIFT City, Gujarat.

The scope of work includes the core and shell construction of the residential towers. The project is expected to be completed within 27 months from the commencement date.

Situated on a prime land parcel within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of GIFT City, the site was acquired by Nila Spaces last year through a record-breaking bid of ₹6,557 per sq. ft.—the highest in absolute terms in the state.

The upcoming residential enclave is designed to offer elegant, thoughtfully curated living spaces that foster comfort, well-being, and productivity.
