Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) for the construction of a residential tower in Kirandul.
The project, valued at ₹284.52 crore inclusive of taxes, represents a notable addition to the region’s residential infrastructure. Further details regarding the construction schedule and technical specifications are expected to be disclosed in the coming weeks.
The contract strengthens RVNL’s expanding presence in urban infrastructure development and reflects NMDC’s ongoing efforts to enhance residential facilities for its workforce in Chhattisgarh.
