Vascon Engineers Ltd., a leading EPC and real estate company with over four decades of experience, has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for the development of Lotus Park in the city’s South West Zone.
The project, spread across 54,000 square meters, is valued at ₹115.90 crore and will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months from the issuance of the work order.
With this award, Vascon’s order book has increased to approximately ₹2,825 crore, representing nearly 2.8 times its FY25 EPC revenues. The company currently operates at around 90% execution capacity and has the capability to deliver about 8 million square feet annually, supported by a team of more than 800 engineers and project professionals.
Commenting on the development, Siddharth Vasudevan Moorthy, Managing Director of Vascon Engineers, said the company is honoured to collaborate with AMC on the Lotus Park project, which aims to enhance urban infrastructure and public spaces in Ahmedabad. He added that the project reflects Vascon’s expanding engagement with municipal bodies and its commitment to delivering high-quality civic infrastructure through its integrated EPC capabilities.
The project further strengthens Vascon’s portfolio of municipal infrastructure developments across India, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner for large-scale public infrastructure projects.
