Vedanta has awarded a ₹865 crore integrated services contract to Asian Energy Services Ltd (AESL) for field development and operations & maintenance (O&M). The contract, inclusive of GST, will be executed over a period of 57 months.
In a regulatory filing, AESL stated that the project aligns with its strategic focus on integrated O&M solutions, a key growth area for the company. The contract not only expands AESL’s presence in the upstream oil and gas sector but also reinforces its long-standing partnership with Vedanta.
Following its acquisition by Oilmax Energy, AESL has significantly expanded its operations across the energy value chain, with a particular emphasis on upstream services. The new contract is expected to make a substantial contribution to AESL’s revenue over the next five years, while further cementing its position as a leading integrated energy services provider in India’s oil and gas industry.
