Club Odyssey: Rajapushpa Redefines Luxury Living in Hyderabad

Rajapushpa Properties, a leading real estate developer in South India, has officially launched Club Odyssey, Hyderabad’s largest luxury clubhouse, on June 16. The grand launch event was graced by Padma Bhushan awardee and national badminton coach Pullela Gopichand, alongside Rajapushpa’s Executive Director P. Sreenivas Reddy. Gopichand praised the initiative for promoting healthy living and redefining modern community spaces.

Strategically located near the Financial District and Outer Ring Road (ORR), Rajapushpa Provincia features 3,498 premium apartments. Phase 1, comprising 1,908 units, is 95% sold, while Phase 2, with 1,590 units, is slated for handover in the next six to nine months.

The township includes a 6.5-acre central courtyard, 80% open spaces, jogging and cycling tracks, and thoughtfully designed landscapes. Club Odyssey boasts six badminton courts, a swimming pool, spa, indoor games arena, state-of-the-art gym, fine-dining options, co-working areas, and family-friendly recreation zones. A second luxury clubhouse, Club Oasis, is planned as part of Phase 2.
