Brigade Hotels' Profit Soars 58% as ₹3,600 Cr Expansion Kicks Off

Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd (BHVL), the hospitality arm of Brigade Group, reported a 58% year-on-year increase in profit after tax, reaching ₹11 crore in Q2 FY26, up from ₹7 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company also announced plans to invest approximately ₹3,600 crore to develop nine new hotels, adding around 1,700 keys. This expansion will double BHVL’s portfolio to 18 hotels (approximately 3,300 keys) by FY30, with about 450 keys expected to become operational by FY27.

“Looking ahead, we remain focused on driving RevPAR growth across our existing portfolio while strategically expanding our footprint,” said Nirupa Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd.
