Bolt.Earth, India's largest EV charging network, has inaugurated a 13,000 sq. ft. Integrated Testing and Warehousing Facility (ITWF) in Bengaluru—a major milestone in the company's growth.
The facility consolidates R&D, testing, warehousing, and final assembly operations under one roof, enabling faster product rollouts, reduced defect rates, and improved supply chain control. This integration boosts the company’s responsiveness and delivery capabilities across India.
“This facility serves as the central assembly hub for our entire hardware lineup—from compact home charging sockets to high-capacity DC fast chargers,” said Raghav Bharadwaj, CEO of Bolt.Earth. “It includes our Blaze DC chargers for two-wheelers (3 kW to 10 kW), Blaze AC chargers for four-wheelers (7.4 kW, 11 kW, and 22 kW), and the 3.3 kW Bolt.Earth sockets (Pro, Lite, and Levac). We’ll also assemble our Level 3 DC fast chargers here, ranging from 30 kW to 240 kW for large-scale commercial and fleet applications. Centralizing these operations ensures better quality control and scalable infrastructure deployment.”
The ITWF also includes a high-efficiency warehouse for raw materials, components, and finished products, supporting seamless inventory management and nationwide dispatch. With this strategic facility, Bolt.Earth reinforces its leadership in EV infrastructure and its readiness to meet growing demand across India.
