Zuperia Auto has officially entered the electric passenger three-wheeler segment, setting an ambitious revenue target of ₹1,000 crore by 2030. The company, currently operating under the brands Lohia and Youdha in the e-rickshaw and electric three-wheeler segments, also plans to foray into the electric two-wheeler market within the next two years under a new brand.
Its latest offering, the Youdha epod, is positioned to compete in the electric L5 three-wheeler category against established players such as Mahindra, Bajaj, and TVS. Zuperia also plans to launch a wide-body variant with seating for a driver and six passengers, catering to high-capacity urban transport needs.
With an annual installed production capacity of 1 lakh units at its Kashipur manufacturing facility in Uttarakhand, the company is targeting a 70–80% capacity utilisation rate to achieve its long-term growth objectives.
This expansion marks a significant step in Zuperia Auto’s vision to become a key player in India’s growing electric mobility ecosystem.
