Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has announced the launch of Vanaha Verdant, a premium residential project near Bavdhan in southwest Pune, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹800 crore.
Spread across five acres, the project offers approximately 10 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area and is part of a larger 1,000-acre integrated township being developed by the company. The master-planned township will feature residential, commercial, and retail zones, with 350 acres reserved for open spaces, emphasizing sustainable and community-focused living.
Strategically located near major IT hubs such as Hinjewadi, Mahalunge-Mann Hi-Tech City Park, and Baner, Vanaha Verdant is well-positioned to benefit from key upcoming infrastructure projects, including Metro Line 2, the Paud–Mahad corridor, an eight-lane flyover at Chandni Chowk, and the Pune Ring Road.
“With Vanaha Verdant, we are not just launching another project, but redefining urban living in Pune,” said Sriram Mahadevan, CEO of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate and MD of Joyville Shapoorji Housing. “Its proximity to nature, integrated commercial zones, and low-density design reflect the evolving preferences of modern homebuyers seeking balance, connectivity, and long-term value.”
SPRE has already sold over 2,000 apartments worth ₹1,800 crore within the township across mid-segment and premium categories and continues to expand its footprint across major Indian real estate markets.
