Toppan Films' ₹400 Cr. Vote of Confidence in Punjab

Japanese firm Toppan Speciality Films (TSF) has signed an agreement with the Punjab government to invest ₹400 crore as part of its expansion plans.

The announcement came during Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s visit to Japan and South Korea. As part of the agreement, TSF will also help establish a skilling excellence centre in Punjab to strengthen industry-focused training and improve employability. The Chief Minister noted that the centre will specialise in high-end technical skills and offer globally aligned certifications. TSF will provide financial support, technical expertise and training assistance tailored to industry requirements.

The investment will enable TSF to expand its manufacturing capacity, adopt advanced technologies and generate new job opportunities. CM Mann assured the company of full cooperation to ensure the successful execution of its projects in the state.
