Tathastu Realty Launches ₹200-Cr. Swarnim Project in Rewari

Tathastu Realty has announced the launch of its new high-street commercial project, Swarnim, in Sector 22, Rewari, Haryana. The project involves an estimated investment of ₹200 crore and is positioned to tap into the growing demand for organized retail and small-format commercial spaces in the region.

Spread across 6 acres, Swarnim will feature 1,200 retail units, with launch prices starting at ₹14,000 per sq. ft. The company anticipates a total sales realization of ₹400 crore from the project.

“Commercial real estate in emerging hubs like Rewari is showing consistent growth. With Swarnim, we aim to offer a well-planned retail ecosystem in a location that benefits from robust connectivity and future potential,” said a company spokesperson.

Located within the NCR belt, Rewari is experiencing rising commercial activity due to enhanced connectivity via NH-48, the Delhi–Jaipur Expressway, and the upcoming Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS). The project is being funded through internal accruals and customer advances, with possession scheduled for 2029.
